SINGLE EXTRUDER SYSTEM
This bioprinter is the simplest of its kind. Its single printhead can extrude both polymers or hydrogels—at a price that won’t be beat anywhere in the market.
OPEN SYSTEM
The 3DPL BioPrinter cartridge carries 2 disposable syringes, enabling you to use ANY bioink imaginable that can be extruded from a syringe.
PNEUMATIC DRIVEN
The device is pressure controlled, allowing easy start and stop of the extruders during print. With a wide pressure range, you can print vicscous fluids too.
HEATING CONTROL
A wide variety of bioinks can be printed with the cartridge temperature being controlled from room temperature to 200 °C. The printbed has heating ability up to 70 °C. Explore the impossible
PRECISION
Our expert team of engineers have incorporated linear rails and belt systems to guarantee a 15 micron precision on each axis.
PHOTOCURING
The 3DPL BioPrinter N1 carries 2 separate ultra-violet LEDS in the range of 365 nm and 450 nm for curing photosensitive biomaterials.
BENCHTOP-FRIENDLY
Its compact design allows you to place the bioprinter anywhere at your convenience, and can fit nicely under your biohazard hood.
CHAMBER STERILIZATION
Bioprint at ease with UV-C lighting and HEPA H12 air filter, both available to ensure a clean environment for your cells. A door is added for good measure.
COOLING FAN
Cool your bioinks immediately to prevent collapse and fusion with our cooling fan.
